A Leadership Visibility Lab
Make your impact known. Clarify your next opportunity. Take a real step toward it.
This is your resource page for the workshop. Open it on your laptop so you can build your plan and take action as we work.
Start with your workbook
Choose the format that works best on your computer. Both versions contain the same exercises and AI prompts.
Google Docs
Create your own private copy and work in it throughout the session. You’ll need to sign in to a Google account to save your copy.

Microsoft Word
Download the workbook, open it in Word, and save it to your computer. Choose this option if your work computer blocks Google Docs.

Before we begin: Save your copy as Your Name — Visibility Action Plan. Keep it open during the session. Your completed workbook is yours to keep; you won’t be asked to submit it.
Use AI to strengthen your plan
Your workbook includes a Career Acceleration Prompt you can use with your preferred AI tool. It works whether you’re pursuing a new role, a stretch assignment, a client, or a partnership.
Copy the full prompt from the workbook.
Paste it into a new AI chat and replace the bracketed fields with your information.
Send it and answer the AI’s clarifying questions.
Review the suggestions and add the most useful actions to your plan.
AI is optional. Use an employer-approved tool when discussing work information, leave out confidential details, and check the response before using it.
Make your visibility move
Before leaving the session, take one action that supports your next opportunity. You might request a conversation, express interest in a cross-functional project, ask for an introduction, or share a relevant contribution.
Then record your move so the room can see it. Keep workplace details general—you don’t need to share your message or completed plan.
Keep the momentum going
Return to your plan within seven days. Follow up on your move, seek the experience you identified, and keep a record of the contributions you want others to understand.
Your next opportunity starts with making your impact and ambitions clear.
